Cancellation policy
Confirmed reservations are subject to the Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation terms
- In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge additional penalties, but will only keep the advance payment.
- In case of cancellation 30-7 days before the arrival date, the hotel will charge a penalty in the amount of the first night's stay, along with retained advance payment.
- In case of cancellation within 7-0 days before the date of arrival, as well as in case of no-show of the guest, the hotel will charge a penalty of 100% of the value, along with the retained advance payment.
Reservation rules
- The reservation can be changed or canceled only in writing, by e-mail.
- In case of canceled reservation, the hotel has the right to keep the previously paid deposit.
- Guests's stay is charged upon arrival/check-in.
- The hotel has the right to correct prices due to changes in the monetary market or changes in hotel prices.
Deposit rules
- After confirming the reservation, it is necessary to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the specified offer, in order to guarantee the reservation, no later than 10 days after the confirmation of the reservation.
- Bank commission costs are borne by the guest.
