House rules
In order to secure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests during their stay, we give you more information for a pleasant stay:
- Each guest is obligated to have an identity card or passport, which they will give in at the reception. The hotel has the right to keep the document until the guest checks out from the hotel.
- The guest is obliged to pay the costs of accommodation and meals when checking in at Kalamper Hotel & SPA with Depadans. Tourist tax and insurance are not included in the price of accommodation.
- On the day of your departure, please leave the room by 11:00 a.m. Staying in the room after 12:00 requires the payment of one additional day.
- If the guest, who had reserved accommodation confirmed by Hotel Kalamper, leaves before time, he is obliged to pay 100% of the amount for the reserved stay.
- Hotel guests must be appropriately dressed and wearing shoes when moving through the public areas of the hotel.
- Please take care of guests who want to rest, and avoid noise in the room and corridors after 11 pm.
- Visits or business meetings can be received in the common areas of the hotel, in the bar, restaurant, in the lobby, but not in the room. The rooms can only be used by guests who have been duly registered at the hotel reception, for which is required a valid document.
- Guests have the option of placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. The hotel's rule is that this sign can stay for a maximum of 24 hours, after which the hotel has the right to enter the room and check the general condition for security reasons and the guest's safety.
- The room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) is intended for your use during your stay in the hotel and it is not allowed to take them out of the hotel. Otherwise, monetary compensation in that value will be requested.
- Our mini-bar has a wide selection of items. When leaving the hotel, please report consumption from the mini-bar to the reception.
- Laundry and ironing services are available in the hotel according to the valid price list found in each room.
- During your stay at the hotel, protect our nature and pay attention to the rational consumption of water and electricity.
- The air conditioner is turned off when the entrance or balcony door in your room is open.
- It is not allowed to bring explosives, weapons, flammable substances and other dangerous chemicals to the environment into the hotel.
- In case of activation of the fire alarm, please follow the instructions of the evacuation plan located on the door of each room.
- Please report malfunctions or complaints to the staff service immediately at the reception.
- Guests are obliged to pay for the damage they caused or did.
- You can order a wake-up service at the reception.
- Report your wish for a packed lunch or any changes to the meal at the reception the day before by 10:00 p.m.
- There is a safe in the room for your money, securities and other valuables. The instructions for use are on the same page. The hotel assumes no responsibility in case of theft or loss. Before leaving the hotel, please check whether you have emptied the safe and taken your documents and all valuables with you. Lost items are stored for up to 30 days from the day of departure. After 30 days, the hotel is not responsible for lost items. If necessary, you can use the hotel's main safe located at the reception.
- Please report the find or loss at the reception.
- It is not allowed to bring food and drinks into the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to remove food and drinks You brought in.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Open fire, smoking, lighting candles, etc. are not allowed in rooms, corridors, elevator or stairs.
- Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the hotel. You can get the password at the hotel reception.
- All information about the SPA center and treatment scheduling can be obtained at the SPA reception.
- Guests can use the beach and beach furniture (2 deck chairs + 1 umbrella for each room). Guests can also use the facilities of the spa center, gym and children's playground for free.
- The conference hall has 65 seats. For reservation and use purposes, you can contact the reception.
- Guests can use the parking space free of charge.
- At the guest's request, it is possible to organize city sightseeing, various excursions or car rental.
- In order to make it easier and faster to find your way around, the hotel offers the possibility of transportation from the hotel to the airport, available 24 hours a day according to the valid price list displayed at the hotel reception. Other transfers are also available to guests.
- We reserve the right to terminate the contract and stop providing services to guests if they grossly violate the provisions of these house rules and if their behavior causes damage or disturbs the other hotel guests. In case of stay cancellation in our hotel due to disturbance of house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount for the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.
- During your stay, the reception desk is at your disposal for all the information and necessary assistance.
- Please share with us your impressions of the staff's satisfaction. You can leave the hotel questionnaire in the room or fill it out at the reception while waiting for the bill. By filling out the questionnaire, you help us to improve the service.
- At the beginning of using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules of the hotel.
